Exchange, return or complaint of goods in MERINOSHOP.CZ
It is a matter that you can solve easily and quickly online using the form on this page if you follow the following steps:
- Make sure that you have actually purchased the goods from us (to be sure, we already have different experiences)
- Make sure that you meet the conditions of the statutory (14 days) or contractual exchange or return period
- Prepare the email you registered in your order and the order number you want to deal with
- Select the situation you need to resolve in the form
- Fill in everything we will ask you to do so that we can deal with everything in the best possible way
- Return the goods to their original condition, fold them carefully and store them in their original packaging
- Place the goods in their cardboard packaging in a cardboard shipping container (preferably the returnable flap box we sent the goods to you in)
- Include a log generated by our system and sent to your email or clearly mark the shipment with the case number
- Send the goods back with your case number as soon as possible after registration. We consider correct delivery by the end of the 14 days or within 5 days thereafter.

#2 By law, you have 14 days to return or exchange the item. If you have become a member of the MERINOSHOP.CZ Fan Club or have purchased the "Extended Exchange" service, the time limit applies according to this service or the MS Fan Club membership terms and conditions.
#3 Reserve the goods for exchange with a new, reservation order!
- Create a new order
- Choose the standard required goods for exchange and reservation
- Choose the payment method "Bank transfer (QR)".
- Please indicate "Exchange" in the order notes, or add the original order number for convenience
- Please indicate the booking order number when filling in the Exchange form below
If an identical product is not available in another size you require and you have not selected an alternative item, please do not place an order, we will send you a voucher for a subsequent later purchase.
#4 Please clearly mark the shipment with your case number, e.g. "Exchange # 123456". You can also print and attach the form you will receive by email after registering your request. However, this is not necessary if you use the marking provided.
#5 Send shipments to us at the return address and in the manner instructed in the follwing case registration
