ORDER PAYMENTS

The order can always be paid for in the way according to the current e-shop offer.

Commonly available payment methods are:

Payment by bank transfer (QR) - you fill in a bank order or use the QR code to scan the payment disposition in your banking (MT application)
Cash on delivery - you pay upon receipt of the shipment, this service is charged at a price according to the offer of the carrier and the e-shop
Payments on-line - for the purpose of immediate payments (on-line) we use the services of the COMGATE payment gateway, which allows so-called "online payments". ePayments, i.e. payments using bank payment buttons (payment in your banking system with pre-filled payment dispositions) or card payments. The advantage of this payment is that the shop has information about the payment immediately and can thus speed up the shipping.
Gift vouchers purchased in our shop

Our shop offers the possibility to buy gift vouchers and use them to pay for your order.

Enter one code in the "discount coupon" field (unfortunately, it is not possible to enter more codes here for technical reasons).
In the order note, please indicate "I also redeem the following voucher(s)": and indicate the code(s) of the additional voucher(s)
Select the prepayment "Bank transfer (QR)"
We will modify the order and send a new confirmation
You pay according to your choice in the order and we dispatch

For the delivery of shipments we use the services of commonly available carriers so that we are always able to offer the best combination of price and service
The price of shipping is according to the current price list in the shopping cart valid at the moment of placing the order
The shipping and payment method is selected at the end of the order in the shopping cart
In the shopping cart you will find information from which amount you can already use one of the free transport services. With a lower turnover, we offer cheaper variants of free shipping (shippment to PickupPoints) and with a higher order value, we also offer free shipping to the address you specify
We normally dispatch the shipment within 24 hours after the order has been accepted for processing or after payment has been credited to our account in advance
Shipments are usually delivered on the 2nd day following carrier pickup
All shipments can be tracked in the Track & Trace system of the selected carrier, where delivery arrangements can also be adjusted in some cases
The link to track the shipment is always provided to the customer in the store's and/or carrier's notification
